Rajeev is an engineering and management graduate with nearly 30 years of cross functional multi-geography business experience across the automotive industry, digital marketing, and strategy consulting. He enjoys driving cars while visiting new holiday destinations, watching movies & live sports, listening to music, and occasionally playing a game of poker.
As a founder CEO and board member at PremonAsia, Rajeev's role combines creating a vision for the organization and driving sustainable growth. To achieve this, he creates relevant business solutions for the industry sectors of interest, develops deeper client engagements, nurture our core team of associates to take our vision forward, builds partner relationships, and invests in strengthening our consumer insights/ analytics capability which is integral to providing differentiated decision support services to our clients.
After graduating from the Delhi School Of Economics, Rahul started his career with a management consulting organization and since then went on to work for almost 20 years across functions to get business experience in the areas of strategy and automotive consulting. His last assignment at Mahindra provided him the opportunity to work and understand the Rural Economy by developing deeper insights into the emerging largest consuming population set. When not working, he enjoys driving, listening to indian music and relaxing in the mountains.
As a COO and board member at PremonAsia, Rahul's role combines driving the organization to achieve its stated vision & objectives through long-term sustainable growth provided by our suite of business decision support tools and systems. Developing and nurturing client relationships is critical to the growth and development of PremonAsia and is his primary focus along with creating a team of professionals to support the company in this initiative.
Saji is an engineer with nearly 28 years of business experience (over 20 years in the automotive industry); with industry experience in the Middle-East and India markets. Multi-functional experience in Sales & Marketing, Distribution, Used Cars, Training & Development both within the industry and as a consultant. To top it off he holds a language proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam. When not working, Saji holds very creative hobbies such as strumming the guitar and painting.
As a Program Director, Saji implements his skills as someone who has been in the automotive industry for 20 years, coupled with substantial experience in SOP implementation, & audit and Process Training Assignments with a range of automotive clients. He holds skills in training seminars for varied dealership personnel from the dealer owners and management team to front-line sales team which further enforces his capability in his role.
Vipin has over 22 years of experience in Marketing Research and Business Consulting across industry sectors. He is an Electronics Engineer and a post graduate in business management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has successfully conceptualized, devised and designed various processes using core marketing research techniques to provide comprehensive & actionable business solutions to domestic as well International brands.
He has advised clients across Retail and Real Estate on market entry and expansion strategies. He co-authored the Industry publication entitled “The Changing Face of Luxury in India” along with Confederation of Indian Industries. He is a keynote speaker and thought leader for Modern Retail and Real Estate at multiple forums.
A voracious fiction reader and food entrepreneur - he loves traveling. As Country Business Director at PremonAsia, Vipin is heading the Retail and Real Estate Advisory vertical along-with providing support for Automotive domain clients.
Bijesh is a Mechanical Engineer from Madurai University. He has spent over 21 years in Auto Retail, Training and Business Consulting in India and the Middle East. Bijesh has held frontline Sales and Sales Management positions in leading Dealerships in India. He has also worked with a leading Dealership group in Oman. Bijesh started his consulting career as a motivational trainer and over the last decade has developed a deep understanding in all aspects Automotive Dealer Business and strategic aspects of auto retail in India. Bijesh has been involved in consulting projects with Daimler, Eicher Trucks & Buses, Ford, Mahindra Automotive, Mercedes Benz, Renault, Skoda Auto, Tata Motors, Toyota, Tata Motors, etc.
Bijesh is based at Chennai and is fluent with English and most South Indian languages. Bijesh spends his leisure time listening to music, playing keyboard, teaching children and reading on the future of mobility.
Karan is a marketing professional with around 8 years of experience in consumer insights and strategic consulting across multiple categories. Logic, rationale and finding answers to easy-looking complex questions is what drives him. He brings to PremonAsia a good blend of analytical, planning and problem solving skills. Besides being a proficient marketer; his pursuit of happiness hovers around music, food, travel and select sports.
As a Senior Business Manager, Karan is responsible for looking after current client accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities. He holds end-to-end project responsibility right from understanding business challenges to providing meaningful actionable solutions to address those challenges. He has been a part of the PremonAsia team since April ’16 and strengthens the team with his pragmatic and solutioning approach.
Atul is a finance expert with an experience spanning 28 years in the accounting & taxation domain. His interest lies in compiling, verifying, interpreting and disseminating critical financial data of actual, forecasted and budgeted nature. His hobbies include travelling to the major spiritual spots in India, reading accounting and taxation journals, news and badminton.
As the Manager of Finance & Administration, Atul creates and implements financial growth plans for the organisation and monitors its financial performance. Atul also develops & nurtures partnerships with our vendors, which play a vital role in smooth operations of the organisation.
Jaskaran is ardent about the automotive space and enjoys everything on wheels! He did his Masters in International Marketing from Newcastle University and is primarily fond of two things – Food and Cars. He has a published dissertation paper on Consumer Attitude to Indian Cuisines in England. To fulfill his fondness of cars, he always aspired to work with an establishment that wanted to rejig the automotive consulting domain and bring high level of expertise to it, while retaining the ethos of consulting.
Jaskaran bridges the gap between Clients and PremonAsia - assisting the team right from the initial stages of proposal making to project execution to reporting. Within a very short time, he has learnt that India’s automotive industry is hard to forecast and impossible to generalize. There are gaps which need expertise intervention to create long-term value for clients. He has a strong foothold in Project Management and possesses empirical understanding of various data collection techniques.
Sajal comes from a marketing background, holding a BCOM that specializes in Marketing. He has undertaken varied roles in the past that have been in process optimization in a trade-finance company, and as a planner in a digital marketing agency. He loves to play football, has a varying taste in music depending on his mood, and loves to play videogames in his free time.
Sajal focuses on bringing key insights through the data on the basis of client needs. He works on automation of data through various analytical tools in order to streamline processes.
Sajal has also taken part in various other elements of the organization in order to get a more holistic understanding of consumer insights, in order to better understand how to go about report creation and give meaningful deliverables that work towards attaining the needs of clients.
Dhruv is a recent economics postgraduate who previously provided marketing support to NDTV by monitoring its initiatives and projects, in terms of performance through timely reporting of marketable insights. At Premon, he provides project management support to the operations team by essentially clearing bottlenecks across the entire value chain. His role ranges from creating Fieldwork instruments to performance reports for internal and external clients. When he is not working.
Dhruv likes to invest his time at the gym, reading biographies and listening to music.
Tushar has completed his Masters in International Business Management with Marketing from Heriot-Watt University. He has always been keen in working in the marketing area and has undergone internships prior to Premon, which were focused on various streams of marketing. Tushar enjoys this field of work, he is a very curious person who likes to know everything and anything under the sun. Tushar looks forward to working the challenges up ahead for him because he likes to take on challenges head-on.
Travelling and food are two things that really drive Tushar, and music is something he can never live without. Car have always fascinated him ever since he was a kid and he has had the opportunity to drive many super cars and wishes to keep adding to that list!
